Knew of a game, that started in early 1920s, with an upright motive to foster unity across the globe. About a century later, there seems to be a similar motive that cuts across the very all fundamental of human cohabitation. What if, that game that began in the 1920s is rebrand and its awards
Touching the awards: three grades awards recognition namely:
Participatory awards- each team receives this: and payable directly to each stakeholder from source upon end of first stage.
Progressive awards- each progressive team receives this at the end of each new progressive stage: and payable directly to each team stakeholders!
Victorious team awards- all other awards for the tournament distributions go to only victor’s team members with remark where necessary. The remark, will note any player in other teams whose form surpasses the elected player of the victorious team in relation to the award category: the focused, in this awards preference, is for those who finish the tournament through ending and is still victor at the tournament end; therefore, these victor’s awards will buttress not how well any team or play started, but how strong and courageous any team and player fight through the tournament and eventually won the race! This approach of victorious team and players awards recognition will help redirect more appropriately team and players perceptive in any games and tournament that the emphasis at the end of the race recognizes only the victor’s team and players: therefore, this team and members will receive all victors award! This approach to award recognition, will likely foster players cooperation within any team to press diligently for the one thing that matters- to win the one price: the victor’s awards!

Development plan need cut across all stages of learning: and in a very strategic approach, deploys developed human resources within the national across all developmental stages of learning to build continuously at these stages.
As a guide, each stage of learning each school within the stage need to have three developed human technical crew deployed to foster development at the assigned school at that stage of learning!
Toward building up potential at all developmental learning level:

All classes from basic one through basic six, need participates in the developmental games: and the games structured as follow:
Quarterly training:
1st weeks monthly: central training focused- basic six and basic one.
Second weeks monthly- central training focused: basic four and basic two.
Third weeks monthly- central training focused: basic five and basic three.
Fourth weeks monthly- central training focused: elected team one and team two.
Days of training: two days weekly, maybe- Wednesdays and Fridays.
Tournament game pattern:
1st quarter ending: Schools inter-class tournament with two weeks (ten days) duration!
Match structured: Stage one: Three groups. Two teams each group. Three matches plus play-off match.
Play-off match: best team loser vs. worst team loser.
Stage two: stage one finalists- four teams. Two matches.
Match one: best stage one finalist vs. play-off winner.
Match two: remaining two teams paired.
Stage three: stage two finalists.
Match intervals: stage one and stage two- 1 day break.
Stage two and stage three – 2 days break.
2nd quarter ending: Neighborhood inter-school tournament!
3rd quarter ending:
States inter-school tournament!
4th quarter mid second month: National inter-school tournament!
This sport developmental scheme need cut across all learning stages till philosophy of science level! The proposed learning framework flexible such as at about age 24 through 27 interested citizens might be undergoing learning at the highest level of learning- philosophy of science!
The proposed learning framework encourages everyone to learning relationship and trading and science from primary level through secondary level to technical level unto tertiary level and at least to master level not exceeding 24 years of age before graduation: at this stage of learning, leadership skills of specialized technical skills is developed; with this sport tournament incorporation to the learning framework, sports in practical thorough grooming has been made available also!
